At WOODIE, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We offer a full refund within 30 days or exchange for store credit. If you encounter any significant defects or issues with your product, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to process an exchange or refund.

To start a return, you can contact us, with proof of purchase, at woodiewoodgrinder@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us for a return or exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
Exchanges
Please note that wood is a natural material and may have minor irregularities. These can often be considered the character and identity that is inherent in wood. While we strive to maintain high quality standards, some of these characteristics may be present in our products.
Once we receive and approve your exchange, we will issue a store credit for the original purchase price of the item. This credit can be used towards the purchase of a new item for exchange. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us for a return or exchange, and for any price difference if the new item has a higher value than the original item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Our refund policy allows customers to return items within 30 days of the original purchase date.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
